Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
We do our best to fulfill and ship orders quickly, and unfortunately, we are unable to make updates once an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or updating the shipping address. How do I return my products?
Within 15 days of receiving your purchase, you can exchange/return the item via the Website. Within this 15-day period, you can choose the type of refund you want, whether it's a cash refund (in which case you should provide us with your bank account number or IBAN) or a voucher that you can use to make purchases in our physical stores or online store for 6 months.
